能源問題是全世界的重點議題之一，而臺灣地狹人稠，自產能源很少，能源約有98%仰賴國外進口，但臺灣有豐富的農畜產業，每年所產生的農畜廢棄物約482.5萬公噸，若以氣化技術將農畜廢棄物資源多元化再生利用，不僅能有綠能，且可以促進永續農業發展。

原氣化爐設備只有一實體控制台及氣化爐爐內溫度顯示器，對於農業廢棄物氣化研究及分析遠遠不足，本研究透過WEMOS D1 Pro mini微控制處理器負責向爐內溫度計、監視器、鼓風機及震動除灰馬達接收訊息及發送指令，還有氣體分析儀分析及記錄氣化過程氣體變化，最後利用Microsoft Visual Studio 2019(C#)設計一個用於氣化爐設備監控的多執行緒人機介面，以實現氣化爐設備監控。

　　利用失效模式與效應分析(Failure mode and effects analysis，FMEA)調查分析監控系統的錯誤或缺陷，運用此方法逐步解析失效因素與風險指數，獲得改善系統失效的依據，增加監控系統之可靠度。

為解決農業廢棄物在氣化過程中無法將資訊量化及收集之難題，設計出一套能夠省時省力且建立數據庫之系統，透過此研究期望能對農業廢棄物氣化再生利用促進發展。

The energy issue is an important issue all over the world. Taiwan is rich in agriculture and animal husbandry, and uses gasification technology to convert agricultural and livestock waste into resources.
The original gasifier equipment only has a console and a temperature display, which is not enough to study and analyze the gasification of agricultural waste. This study uses a microcontroller to receive messages and send instructions to thermometers, monitors, blowers, and ash removal motors. There is also a gas analyzer to analyze and record the gas changes during the gasification process, and finally use c# to design a man-machine interface for gasification furnace equipment monitoring.
Use FMEA to analyze and monitor system errors. Using this method can improve system failures and increase the reliability of the monitoring system.
