The energy issue is an important issue all over the world. Taiwan is rich in agriculture and animal husbandry, and uses gasification technology to convert agricultural and livestock waste into resources. The original gasifier equipment only has a console and a temperature display, which is not enough to study and analyze the gasification of agricultural waste. This study uses a microcontroller to receive messages and send instructions to thermometers, monitors, blowers, and ash removal motors. There is also a gas analyzer to analyze and record the gas changes during the gasification process, and finally use c# to design a man-machine interface for gasification furnace equipment monitoring. Use FMEA to analyze and monitor system errors. Using this method can improve system failures and increase the reliability of the monitoring system.
