In recent years, Taiwan has become one of the best choices for foreign students to study abroad. The number of foreign students studying in Taiwan has increased every year. From 94,000 foreign students studying in Taiwan in 2014, it has increased to 128,000 foreign students studying in Taiwan in 2019. According to a survey by the Ministry of Education, the main reason is that Taiwan has an excellent academic environment, reasonable tuition fees and scholarships. In addition, it also has a rich culture and a good living environment. Therefore, the number of foreign students has been increasing, with a total of 8.0 from 2013 The number of students has increased from 104,000 to 104,000, with the largest portion being students from Vietnam. The study mainly takes the perspective of Vietnamese students studying abroad in Taiwan as an example. The main purpose of the study is to study the differences in cultural adaptability, learning distress, learning attitude, and willingness to stay in Taiwan among foreign students studying in Taiwan. This study designed a questionnaire based on the situation that I myself, a foreign student, encountered difficulties in the environment and learning in Taiwan. A questionnaire was used to conduct the survey and convenience sampling was used to collect data. Distributed through the Internet, a total of 433 valid questionnaires were actually collected. The results of the questionnaire data were analyzed by SPSS software. The analysis methods include: narrative statistical analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, group difference analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. From the analysis results, it can be seen that foreign students' cross-cultural adaptability and learning attitude have a significant positive impact on their intention to stay in Taiwan. Then recommendations are made based on the research results, which will serve as a reference for Taiwan to improve foreign students’ willingness to work in Taiwan in the future.
