本研究以某建案工程展示物為例分析，經由 3D使用於營建業施工階段 之實際案例分析與比較，得出以下結論 ，Sketchup軟體製圖模型可以快速入門， 使業者更清楚了解最終的呈現結果，可以運用 3D快速修編的特性 ，模擬繪製 輔助繪製施工圖面協單位克服階段問題並討論改進方案，可提升設計者、施工業主的溝通，進而檢視 2D圖面的 疏漏及避免資訊重複施工造成資源浪費，透過繪製 3D的過程中，施工單位可以更加了解各介面關係規 劃

The scale of construction projects is increasing. The multi-interface problem involving project management participants makes it difficult to manage and coordinate work, resulting in different perceptions for on-site construction personnel, ranging from architects and designers, which may lead to delayed project progress and increased costs. Improvement and waste, poor quality and construction issues affect the performance of the overall project. At present, the graphics and text information processing mode of construction projects is considered in the form of 2D drawing files (AutoCAD). In addition, building drawings, structural drawings and hydropower drawings are not fully integrated and consistent, resulting in on-site implementation. Moreover, 2D integration is not easy. With the rapid development of building information models (BIMs), more effective methods are being provided for project work coordination and information integration.
This study takes a construction project display building as a case analysis. Through an actual 3D case analysis and comparisons in the construction phase, the following conclusions are drawn: Sketchup software drawing models can be quickly

established so that the industry has a clear understanding of the final presentation results. One can also use the features of 3D rapid editing to simulate drawings and assist in creating construction drawings to assist the construction unit in overcoming the problems in the construction stage and discuss improvement plans, which can improve communication among designers, constructors, and owners and enable the checking of omissions and submissions for 2D drawings. This approach avoids waste of resources caused by the repeat consideration of construction information. Through the process of 3D drawing, a construction unit can better understand the relationships among the interfaces, and planners can more easily plan and convey concepts.
