「社會企業」一詞，在台灣已出現許久，現今也開始出現相關政策與措施，社會大眾也漸漸地認識與瞭解其大致的意涵，然而社會企業所面臨的困境為品牌知名度較低與擁有較小眾的消費市場，在行銷策略上面採取透過「社會網絡」創造社會企業特有的特色與文化，希望透過社會網絡先是傳達經營理念再者漸漸打造品牌知名度，既符合社會企業組織理念與使命，也能被社會大眾所接受；社會網絡的形成是為了取得他人資源及經濟上的協助，透過具體的人際關係的互動，進而與他人建立人脈，透過網絡關係提升績效、脈絡延伸、振興地方經濟等等。
本研究以單一個案研究方法，本研究發現台灣社會企業營運現況多以小規模的組織為主；個案從一剛開始的民宿天空的院子，透過社會網絡與在地商家資源結合、延伸，到後來成立小鎮文創公司，秉持著「社會企業」創業精神，也因出發點不為個人利益只為地方，不僅找回了遺失的文化資源與解決青年人口外移與地方的問題；正是如此深受政府與民眾肯定，達成社會企業的「社會使命」與維持良善的營運，更也展現了社會網絡對於社會企業經營的重要性；本研究得出以下結果：
一、個案透過網絡關係的選擇與在地化的結合，讓個案擁有獨特性與不可替代性，讓文化保存與社會企業永續發展的經營理念併行。
二、個案在創業歷程中都與網絡關係有著緊密的關係，並有效的利用「媒體」策略，加速曝光並且能夠在最短的時間發揮最大效益，觸發更多的機會以達到社會影響之目的。
最後本研究發現對於Startup Commons Global提出新創公司發展階段圖提出具體描述，說明本個案民宿研究的限制及對後續有意探討此議題的研究者提出建議，提供未來有意朝向旅遊社會企業經營的創辦者參考。

The term “social enterprise” has been emerging in Taiwan for a long time; relevant policies and measures have begun to appear, and the general public has gradually begun to understand its meaning. However, the dilemmas faced by social enterprises were low brand awareness and a relative niche in the consumption market. Social enterprises use “social networks” to create the unique characteristics and culture of social enterprises in their marketing strategies. They hope to first convey business ideas through social networks and to gradually build a brand awareness, which both conform to the organizational concepts and mission of social enterprises and can also be accepted by the general public. The formation of a social network is to obtain the resources and economic assistance of others. It establishes a network with others through the interaction of specific interpersonal relationships, which improves its performance, extends the context, and revitalizes the local economy.
A single case study was used in this study, and it was found that the current status of social enterprise operations in Taiwan is mostly based on small-scale organizations. The case originated in the yard of Homestay Sky, and later, a small-town cultural and creative company was established through social networks and local business resources. The company adhered to the entrepreneurial spirit of a “social enterprise”, and its starting point was not for personal interest, but only for the local community. Therefore, it not only recovered the lost cultural resources, solved youth migration and other local problems, but it was also affirmed, by the government and the people, that achieving the “social mission” of social enterprises and maintaining a good operation also demonstrates the importance of social networks for the management of social enterprises. According to the records of the research case, the following research results were concluded:
1. A combination of the selection of the network relationship and the localization of the case made it unique and irreplaceable, so that cultural preservation and the business philosophy of the sustainable development of social enterprises were developed in parallel.
2. The effective use of the “media” strategy not only accelerated exposure, but also maximized the benefits in the shortest time, triggering more opportunities to influence society.
Finally, this study proposed a specific description of the development of the start-up stage of Start-up Commons Global, it explained the limitations of this home-stay case study, it made suggestions for future researchers who intend to discuss this issue, and it provided a reference for future founders who intend to operate a social tourism enterprise.
