設備是工廠運作的核心，也是公司持續營運的關鍵。設備異常時，不僅會影響生產效率及營運利潤，還會造成人員傷亡及環境生態的破壞。一個良好的維修管理系統可以降低意外的發生及節省維修成本，還可以透過設備可靠度分析確保設備完整性，以提升生產品質和產能。
本研究目的是建置電腦化維修管理系統所需設備架構，評估系統導入架構，並且驗證系統導入成果。本研究以某化學材料廠導入電腦化維修管理系統為範例，比較舊維修管理系統與新系統的差異；首先以可靠度資料蒐集角度評估系統是否完善、設備基本資料及維修履歷資料是否符合ISO 14224國際標準；再藉由國際標準ISO 14224、EN15341維修管理指標的計算可行性，以驗證系統規劃設計完整性。結果發現案例廠設備架構、設備分類與故障分析並不符合ISO 14224國際標準，以及履歷資料欄位不足，導致可靠度指標無法計算，最後本研究提出改善規劃，期望建立完善的電腦化維修管理系統之架構，並與設備完整性所需呈現之績效結合，以增進企業維修管理與設備完整性。

Equipment is considered a core to the factory operation, not to mention its vital role in sustained operability of the company. When malfunctioned, it will affect the production efficiency, as well as the profit and even sometimes security or environmental issue, if severe. A good maintenance management system can reduce the occurrence of accidents and save cost. Equipment reliability analysis can ensure its integrity to improve production quality and productivity.
The purpose of this study is to build the equipment architecture required for the computerized maintenance management system, evaluate the system introduction architecture, and verify the system introduction results.This study used the introduction of a computerized maintenance management system in a chemical factory as an example, to compare the differences between the old approach and the new system and evaluate if the system were complete and its data of basic equipment information and maintenance history complied with the international standard ISO 14224 in the aspect of being a reliable data collection. By calculating the maintenance management indices in ISO 14224 and EN15341 to verify the integrity of system planning and design. It was found that the equipment architecture, equipment classification and failure analysis of the case plant did not meet the ISO 14224 international standard, and the lack of maintenance data fields led to the inability to calculate the reliability index. Finally, this study proposed an improvement plan, hoping to establish a complete computerized maintenance management system with required framework in combination with performance required of mechanical integrity, in order to improve the enterprise maintenance management and mechanical integrity.
