The popularization of Industry 4.0 and the popularity of big data analysis have made the factory machines and operating conditions more transparent. Traditional factories are facing the pressure of transformation. In Industry 1.0, mechanization replaced manpower and animal power. In Industry 2.0, electrification makes equipment The control is more delicate. In Industry 3.0, automation improves production efficiency and quality. In Industry 4.0, intelligence makes the communication between machines and the upstream and downstream of the industry smoother. The research goal of this paper has established a big data database and obtained it with the machines in the factory. IoT connection allows the machine to upload production characteristic data to the big data database, use Python to check the database data and machine scheduling control, and create a visual control system with PHP, effectively improving the factory's operating efficiency and reducing production cost and improve the quality of the produced product.
