本文以境外基金文宣可讀性 (金融從業人員對其所銷售的金融產品資訊之解讀能力) 為核心概念，進行兩項研究目的，第一為探討金融從業人員屬性特徵與其金融產品資訊解讀能力之關係。第二，當金融從業人員具有較高的解讀金融產品資訊能力時，能否有效地提高金融從業人員績效獎金或年薪。
本文採用問卷調查法，經過118份有效的電子問卷分析結果，本文獲得以下三大結論。第一，金融從業人員為女性、已婚、教育程度高、3年至15年工作年資、投信投顧從業人員及理財專員、待過2至3家金融機構者，其較具有正確解讀金融產品資訊能力。第二，金融從業人員的年齡、工作所在地、保險業務員等特徵較無法正確解讀金融產品資訊能力。第三，當金融從業人員具有較高的金融產品資訊解讀能力，其較能夠創造業績並提升自身獎金及年薪。

The research goal of this paper consists of two issues. First, this paper tests how the characteristics of financial practitioners explain their ability in reading the new financial product propaganda. Second, this paper also tests how the financial practitioners’ reading ability for the new financial product propaganda improves their performance bonus.
Using the questionnaire survey method, this paper collects a samples of 118 financial practitioners and generates three main results. First, financial practitioners have a higher ability in reading the new financial product propaganda when they are female, married, with a high educational level, with 3~15 years work experience, with the job title as an investment trust and consulters or financial specialist, have worked at 2~3 financial institutions. Second, financial practitioners with a higher ability in reading the new financial product propaganda would generate high their performance bonus and salary.
