在疫情期間，許多國家進行全面性鎖國，造成全球供應鏈大亂，使得全球海運運輸業同時也受到衝擊，尤其是對於缺貨櫃與航班減少等影響，海運費大幅上漲，連帶影響全球性的通貨膨脹，影響了全球供應鏈的結構。為了解在新冠肺炎的影響下，對於海運承攬業有哪些衝擊，本研究採用深度訪談法，邀請三位相關領域的專家進行了深度訪談，2020年1月至2021年11月之間的經濟活動“COVID-19影響海運市場因素有哪些?”本研究結果顯示，COVID-19影響了港口塞港問題，造成供應鏈結構紊亂，海運運費上漲、缺櫃、缺船情形導致原物料短缺，使得全球原物料價格也上漲。因此，最後研究建議與其他上下游業者合作聯盟可以快速應變災難的衝擊。

This paper established a broader context of how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting global supply chains, logistics, and transportation networks. This dilemma is also attributed to the lockdown measures taken by the countries concerned. The total or partial blockade planned by countries around the world means that most economic activity will be suspended until the epidemic is under control. The decisions made by the authorities of each affected country vary based on several factors, including the country’s financial stability. This research analyzed the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the freight forwarding industry. The investigation of economic activities covered the period from January 2020 to November 2021, and three experts were invited to conduct in- depth interviews to extract their information from their responses to the question“How has COVID-19 influenced the shipping market?” This study shows that COVID-19 has led to the problem of port congestion, causing supply chain disruptions, rising shipping costs, and container and ship shortages, resulting in a shortage of raw materials and an increase in global raw material prices. Therefore, the study suggests that alliances with other upstream and downstream players can enable companies to quickly respond to the shock of disasters.
