臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

隨著科技的日益發達，人工智慧亦在這幾年逐漸被廣泛運用，人們透過一些技術發展出了問答系統，並讓問答系統達到多方面的應用。
本論文研究的過程中，蒐整單位內新進人員訓練教材、人員授課筆記及資深人員經驗口述資料，以建立科技接受模型的智能開發平台的語料庫及圖片庫，並利用科技接受模型的檢視方式設計回覆語句，以及利用關鍵字比對法設計一個科技接受模型智能開發平台，可讓使用者在Windows作業系統下，利用IE或者是Chrome開啟網頁的方式使用該軟體，使其連結到系統資料庫抓取最適當的回覆語句及回覆圖片顯示在使用者的介面上，使單位人員即時的獲得發問解答，進而達成減少人員訓練時間，改善新進人員訓練上的品質，提升工作效率的目的。雖然本論文所設計的科技接受模型智能問答平台目前為雛型設計階段，但研究結果指出此系統確實可讓單位同仁所接受，並優於傳統單位內所使用的訓練教材與訓練模式。

With the development of science and technology, artificial intelligence (AI) has been widely used in recent years. People have developed question answering system through some technologies and made the question answering system achieve various applications.
In the process of the research of this thesis, the new employees training materials, personnel lecture notes and senior personnel experience oral data in the unit were collected to establish a corpus and picture library for the technology acceptance model intelligent development system, and the concept of technology acceptance models was used to design reply sentences, as well as use the keyword comparison method to design a technology acceptance model intelligent development platform, which allows users to use IE or Chrome to open web pages under Windows operating system and make it link to the system database to capture the most appropriate reply sentence and reply picture to display on the users’ interfaces, so the staff in the unit can get answers in real time. And then achieves the purpose of reducing personnel training time, improving the quality of new personnel training, and enhancing work efficiency. Although the technology acceptance model of the intelligent question and answer platform designed in this paper is currently in the prototype design stage, but the research results indicate that this system is indeed acceptable to colleagues in the unit and is superior to the training materials and training models used in traditional units.
