臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

現今3D列印技術在全球的製造產業中興起風潮，不僅在食、衣、住、行、育與樂都可應用外，更能大幅提升產品的製造速度及降低成本。加上全球高齡化人口增多，醫療器材產業的需求擴張，利用3D列印技術可客製化患者的需求，可為台灣的醫療器材產業創造出更大的商機。因此本研究欲探討3D列印醫療器材的智慧製造，並以財團法人工業技術研究院的3D列印智慧示範場域為個案研究。研究目的是瞭解國內外3D列印醫療器材發展，並探討FoiAM示範場域建置過程及建置完成後的效益和發展。
本研究使用相關文獻探討與個案研究法，針對國內外的3D列印技術、其應用與發展進行探討，蒐集大量國內外的相關文獻，綜合歸納出台灣的3D列印產業可發展的未來趨勢。透過個案研究法，研究工研院的示範場域如何建置與其效益，未來結合台灣的廠商與產業現況能夠如何發展。研究的結果顯示全球各國之3D列印技術的發展日益成熟，但是全球市場的需求仍然在不斷成長當中，使用該項技術不但產品可快速製造、降低成本，更能客製化的列印患者所需的醫療器材，透過文獻探討與個案研究，結果指出台灣的3D列印技術潛力無窮，台灣的中小企業廠商若搭配本個案之場域，能夠降低投資的風險且成長得更為快速。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, 3D printing technology is booming around the world. It can not only be used in food, clothing, housing, transportation, education and entertainment, but also can greatly increase the manufacturing speed of products and reduce costs. Coupled with the increase in the aging population, the demand for the medical device industry has increased. The use of 3D printing technology can customize the needs of patients, which can create greater business opportunities for Taiwan's medical device industry. Therefore, this research intends to explore the smart manufacturing of 3D printing medical equipment, and uses FoiAM as a case study. The purpose is to understand the development of 3D printing medical equipment, and to discuss the FoiAM construction process and the benefits and development after the construction is completed.
This research uses literature discussion and case studies to discuss domestic and foreign 3D printing technology, its application and development, collect a large number of domestic and foreign documents, and summarize the future trend of Taiwan's 3D printing industry. Through the case study method, we will study how FoiAM is built and its benefits, and how Taiwan’s manufacturers and the industry can develop. The results show that the development of global 3D printing technology is becoming more and more mature, but the demand in the global market is still growing. The use of this technology can not only quickly manufacture products, reduce costs, but also customize the printing of medical equipment needed by patients. Through literature discussion and case studies, the results point out that Taiwan’s 3D printing technology has endless potential. If manufacturers match the field of this case, they can reduce investment risks and grow faster.
