臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

在以往機房設備的監控，透過伺服器的內部連動來取得燈號訊息判斷故障樣態。當遠端機房設備發生故障時，若無法立即通知維修人員至現場判讀燈號，使得維修效率不佳進而影響營運。為能即時掌握設備故障狀態，本研究採用物聯網雲端資料庫機制，提出應用影像辨識系統判讀伺服器燈號，設計一套監控程式讀取燈號影像，再由程式分析影像即時判讀燈號。若設備發生告警維修燈號亮起，程式將透過無線網路即時推播告警訊息，以通知維修人員，使維修效益大幅提升。本研究使用非侵入性架構，在不異動設備現有內部或外部結構及不影響營運下，取得影像資訊並可正確判斷燈號狀態，及達到即時監控燈號訊息的目的。經實際實作影像辨識燈號之平均辨識率達97.96%以上，即時推播通知的機制也近乎即時的效果。本研究所提之遠端監控燈號的方式確實可達成所設定的目的，期望可為鐵道業帶來更高的維修效益。

In the past, the monitoring of equipment room devices was done through using server’s internal linkage to acquire light signal message so as to determine the condition of malfunction. When a device in a remote equipment room broke down, if the system could not notify the maintenance crew immediately to rush to the site in order to interpret the light signal, the maintenance efficiency could be reduced which in turn affecting operations. In an attempt to instantly master the malfunctioning equipment condition, this study utilized the Internet of Things cloud database mechanism and proposed the application of image recognition system to interpret server’s light signal. This led to the design of a monitoring computer program which obtained and analyzed the light signal image and promptly interpreted the signal. If the warning maintenance light came on, the program would notify the maintenance crew through a wireless network immediately which greatly improved the maintenance efficiency. Under the premise of not changing any current internal or exterior structure of the equipment and also not affecting the operations, this study used a non-invasive architecture to collect image information and determine light signal correctly while achieving the purpose of instantaneous monitoring of the light signal message. Through actual testing, the average recognition rate of light signal via image recognition reached over 97.96%, the instant push notification mechanism achieved almost nearly instantaneous effect as well. The remote light signal monitoring method proposed by this study can in fact reach the set goal, and can hopefully generate higher maintenance efficiency to benefit the railway industry.
