本文所做之研究主要為轉子式壓縮機的內部流場變化以及出入口比較，首先利用轉子理論來繪製出兩角轉子及腔體之曲線，以不同設計曲線下不同壓縮比之情況來設計轉子引擎，並在頂點密封條設計上留有擬真的間隙，以不同出入口作為設計的根本，並透過規劃的研究流程，找出最適合的出入口設計。接著分為尖端與圓弧設計與最佳出入口設計進行分析，可得出最佳設計。
第四章所做的是轉子式真空泵浦研究，在本章節所做的研究分為尖端與圓弧設計，從這六組設計中探討其内部壓力值、穩定度、洩漏情況,由數據結果探討出轉子式壓縮機的特性及最佳設計，此次模擬研究為了確保研究的真實性，因此將很多模擬條件及參數都用真實的條件去設定，並且由結果加以驗證。

The main focus of this study is the investigation of internal flow variation and a comparison of inlet/outlet configurations in a rotor compressor. Initially, rotor theory is utilized to create curves for two rotors and the cavity, enabling the design of rotor engines with different compression ratios under various design curves. The design of the vertex sealing strip is implemented with realistic clearances, and different inlet/outlet configurations are used as the fundamental basis for the design. Through a well-planned research process, the most suitable inlet/outlet configuration is determined. Subsequently, an analysis is conducted on the designs with pointed and curved edges, along with the evaluation of the optimal inlet/outlet configuration, leading to the identification of the most effective design.
In Chapter 4, the study focuses on the research of a rotor-type vacuum pump. This chapter includes the analysis of designs with pointed and curved edges, and six different designs are investigated. The internal pressure values, stability, and leakage conditions are examined for these designs. The data results are used to explore the characteristics of the rotor compressor and identify the best design. To ensure the authenticity of the research, various simulation conditions and parameters are set to mimic real-world conditions, and the results are verified accordingly.
