Printed circuit board (PCB) is used in all electronic products. Complex map of copper wires between integrated circuits and other electronic components are etched on a board, which is the main support for providing electronic components during installation and interconnection. It is responsible for supporting electronic components and providing component current, which proves to be a basic indispensable part of all electronic products. This paper studied the failure patterns of the PCB feeder in the operation process, which could be classified in two parts. The first took place at lifting, acquiring and feeding the PCB, and the second failure might take place after the feeding of the PCB. In this study, six sigma quality control methods were used to analyze, in which during the machine operation, the adopted six sigma method would define, measure and analyze the factors in simulating failure patterns in the operation stage. The fishbone diagram and FMEA table were used to exclude the smaller influencing factors from the major ones, so as to reduce the complexity of the test.
