中國快遞業2009年開放民營快遞企業合法化，加上近年來電商的快速發展，快遞行業的業務量也隨之再創新高，故針對中國上市快遞企業進行經營績效分析。本研究以中國7家民營上市快遞公司為研究對象，以2017年至2019年為研究期間，首先運用資料包絡分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis , DEA)中的BCC模型及超效率模型評估其經營效率，再來運用Malmquist生產力指數（Malmquist productivity index , MPI）進行效率值跨期分析。最後透過Tobit迴歸模型探討影響快遞企業經營效率之因素。
實證結果可以發現，總效率相對無效率主要是受到規模無效率的影響。使用Super-SBM模型，得出的效率值百世表現最好，可以作為標竿公司。生產力指數呈現退步，主要是整體技術效率和效率前緣表現差所造成。Tobit模型迴歸分析可以發現僅負債比率與成立年數兩項變數對純技術效率有顯著關係。根據實證結果建議快遞企業應調整其最適資源配置，根據市場所需，調整運營方針，並強化其自身競爭力。

China’s express industry opened up private express companies to legalize in 2009, coupled with the rapid development of e-commerce in recent years, the business volume of the express industry has also reached a new high, therefore, the business performance analysis of China's listed express companies. This study evaluates 7 privately-owned listed express companies in China as the research object, and evaluates 2017 to 2019 as the research period, using the BCC model and super-efficiency model in data envelopment method to evaluate the annual efficiency of the manufacturers, and then use the Malmquist productivity index to analyze the efficiency value across periods, using Tobit regression to discuss the important factors that affect the operating efficiency of manufacturers.
The results show that, the relative inefficiency of the overall efficiency is mainly affected by the scale inefficiency. Using the Super-SBM model, the results show the performance of BEST can be used as a benchmark enterprise. The decline in productivity during the study period was mostly subject to catching-up in efficiency and Malmquist. Tobit regression results find that the debt ratio and the number of years of establishment have a significant negative correlation with pure technical efficiency. Based on the empirical results, it is suggested that express companies should adjust their optimal resource allocation, adjust their operating policies according to market needs, and strengthen their own competitiveness.
