全球能源危機，世界各地缺電或大停電的新聞層出不窮，因產能原物料供不應求導致能源價格水漲船高，能源政策的重心從如何增加能源供給量，逐漸偏向如何改善現有的用電行為進而縮減能源的需求，因此，如何查看並監控能源的使用狀況成了節約能源的首要步驟。
本研究將開發非侵入式負載監視設備作為用電資訊收集的裝置，實時回傳量測對象的用電現況，並建構家庭能源管理服務平台提供使用者即時監控家用電器的使用狀況。
此外，每項電器個別用電歷史紀錄皆可查詢，使用者僅需登入平台就能查詢每項電器的用電紀錄，比對哪些家用電器為異常耗能，以此判斷是否需要維修或更新，亦或者作為用電行為的分析依據，改善自身用電習慣抑制電費的迅速攀升，同時，使用者的用電歷史紀錄也會經過彙整並換算成碳排放量及當月份的預估電費。此系統簡單且易用，能提供一般使用者有用的用電資訊，透過比較與分析，改變用電行為進而達到節約能源與減少碳排放之目的。

With the global energy crisis, news about power shortages or blackouts all over the world. Energy prices have risen due to insufficient supply of raw materials for production capacity. The focus of energy policy has shifted from how to increase energy supply to how to improve existing electricity consumption and reduce energy demand. Therefore, how to view and monitor energy usage has become the first step to save energy.
This research will develop non-intrusive load monitoring equipment as a device for collecting electricity consumption information, real-time return of the electricity consumption status of the measured object, and construct a cloud electricity consumption information platform to provide users with real-time monitoring of the usage status of household appliances.
In addition, the individual electricity consumption history records of each electrical appliance can be queried. Users only need to log in to the platform to query the electricity consumption records of each electrical appliance, compare which household appliances have abnormal energy consumption, and determine whether it needs to be repaired or updated. Or as a basis for analysis of electricity consumption behavior, improving one's own electricity consumption habits and restraining the rapid rise of electricity bills. At the same time, users' electricity consumption history records will also be consolidated and converted into carbon emissions and estimated electricity bills for the current month. This system is simple and easy to use, and can provide general users with useful electricity consumption information. Through comparison and analysis, the electricity consumption behavior can be changed to save energy and reduce carbon emissions.
