菇類太空包製包流程中，接菌製程分為固態與液態兩種方法，其生產過程所需要的菌種及操作環境與製程條件皆非常嚴格，才能確保太空包之接菌品質，提高太空包的出菇率。然而，目前市面上可供應用之袋栽自動化設備非常稀少，亦或無法適用於大多數菇種。本研究擬設計一項自動化固態接種機構，提供袋栽杏鮑菇太空包之接菌作業使用。該系統包括運輸裝置、袋包裝校正機構、夾持裝置、拆蓋裝置、基板提取裝置和固體接種機構。根據一般菇類業者之需求，控制菌絲量為10克和15克。校準機構安裝在A板的頂部，A板的下端連接有一個氣動缸升降機構，可以上下運動和往復運動，拆蓋機構安裝在B板的頂部，B板的頂面連接有一個氣動缸升降機構，可以上下運動和往復運動。兩個主板均由氣動缸驅動，線性導軌安裝在兩個板上，兩個電子控制蝶閥A和B閥附有張力負載感測器，固定在金屬框架上，並由伺服馬達驅動。上部包含12個瓶子，由鏈條和齒輪機構旋轉。主要動力來源是電動機，用於提取培養基並接種到聚丙烯袋中。該自動固體接種機構具有一個用於運輸包裝的輸送系統。該機器能夠自動控制特定量的接種，使菇袋的感染率降至最低，生產效率高，接種成本遠低於手動過程。所設計和製造的設備的特性測試將使用現有的菇農培養株和太空包進行驗證，以確保其性能符合設計規範的要求。

In mushroom bag cultivation, the inoculation process is divided into two methods solid-state and liquid-state. The selection of mushroom strains and the operation environment during the production process are very strict in order to ensure the quality of inoculation and increase the mushroom yield of bags. However, currently, there is a scarcity of automated bag cultivation equipment available in the market, and they may not be suitable for most mushroom species. This study aims to design a fully automated solid-state inoculation mechanism for Shiitake mushroom bag cultivation. This system included a bag transformation, ring alignment, lid removal, substrate scratching, and mycelium inoculation mechanism. The amount of mushroom mycelium is controlled for 10 and 15 grams per bag according to the needs of mushroom growers. Plate A has a pneumatic cylinder lifting mechanism and a bag ring alignment mechanism at the top. Plate B has a pneumatic cylinder lifting mechanism on its top surface and a lid removal mechanism on its lower face. Both primary plates have linear guides and pneumatic cylinders. Two electronic control valves, Valve A is equipped with a tension load cell, fixed on a metal frame, and driven by servo motors. The upper portion contain 12 mycelium bottles that rotate by a chain and sprocket mechanism. The main source is a scraper used for scratching the mycelium, stepper motor linear actuators adjust of scratching level, and then inoculate into bags. This machine is capable of automatically controlling a specific amount of inoculation with ±1.6 tolerance, reducing the infection rate of mushroom bags, high production efficiency, and significantly reducing the cost of inoculation compared to manual processes. The designed mechanism reached 24 bags per minute.
