居住生活品質對日常生活極為重要，不僅影響生理健康，也影響心理衛生，影響民眾對居住生活品質的因素也不在少數，例如空間格局、結構品質、可及性等許多因素皆會影響居民的居住滿意度。鑒於青壯年族群為城市發展主要參與者，對政治及未來發展有著相對影響力，該族群對於居住環境之抉擇相對具重要性並有一定之參考價值。本研究旨在探討高雄都會區青壯年對居住品質之重視度及滿意度，期許助於城市發展與政策制定。
本研究採用問卷調查法收集資料，接著運用IPA分析法，將各屬性因素分類繪製成IPA 矩陣圖，以瞭解居民對影響住宅品質因素之重視度與滿意度是否有落差。本研究結果發現，居住於高雄都會區之青壯年人口對於空間配置與結構品質最為滿意，而環境健康之空氣與噪音品質為最優先改善之議題。居民最重視的住宅環境屬性為結構品質，其次為環境健康、空間配置、可及性與周邊環境。居住品質的看法在不同條件背景的居民之間存在顯著差異，顯示各種背景的居民對居住品質的評價有所區別。

The quality of living life is extremely important to daily life. It not only affects physical health, but also affects mental health. There are also many factors that affect people’s quality of living life, such as spatial pattern, structural quality, accessibility and many other factors that will affect residents’ living quality. Satisfaction. Given that young and middle-aged people are the main participants in urban development and have relative influence on politics and future development, this group is relatively important and has certain reference value for the choice of living environment. This study aims to explore the importance and satisfaction of young adults in the Kaohsiung metropolitan area to residential quality, and hopes to contribute to urban development and policy formulation.
This study uses a questionnaire survey to collect data, and then uses the IPA analysis method to classify each attribute factor and draw it into an IPA matrix diagram to understand whether there is a gap in residents' emphasis on and satisfaction with factors that affect housing quality. The results of this study found that the young and middle-aged population living in the Kaohsiung metropolitan area are most satisfied with the spatial configuration and structural quality, and the air and noise quality of environmental health are the top priorities for improvement. The residential environmental attributes that residents value most are structural quality, followed by environmental health, spatial configuration, accessibility and surrounding environment. There are significant differences in perceptions of living quality among residents with different conditions and backgrounds, indicating that residents of various backgrounds have different evaluations of living quality.
