視訊監控發展至今日新月異，在早期必須仰賴實體線路才得以運作，但使用一段時間往往會發生線路接觸不良、遭受外力而斷裂等令人頭痛的問題，導致線路必須持續更換。近年來科技發展的突飛猛進，無線技術也隨之進步，在我們平常生活裡已非常普遍，凡舉運用在國道上的電子標籤(etag)、無線供電等比比皆是。而其中的WiFi無線網路技術，在現今已隨處可見，常被使用在網路連接上，是一種傳遞網路封包的媒介，除了無線傳輸之外，透過多個WiFi設備可具有延展訊號傳遞距離的效果。本研究將探討如何透過WiFi無線網路技術來達成視訊訊號的傳輸，並嘗試延伸WiFi無線傳輸的既定範圍，經過實際測試與分析後，實驗結果證明系統得以取代實體線路傳輸，並有效改善實體線路傳輸的種種問題。

The development of video surveillance has been rapidly advancing.Though,in the early stage of its development, the operation of video surveillance relied heavily on physical lines, which were prone to various issues over time, including poor contact and breakage due to external force. This demanded frequent replacement on a continual basis. In recent years, as technology advances at an exponential pace, wireless technology has become prevalent in our everyday lives, such as the eTag system used by Taiwan’s national highways as well as wireless power transfer.Among them, the WiFi wireless network technology, which is applied frequently to internet connection, has become the norm. The technology itself is essentially a medium for delivery of network packets.In addition to wireless transmission, the distance of single transmission can be further extended with multiple WiFi devices. In this study, the transmission of video signal via the WiFi wireless network technology is discussed and explored in order to exceed the existing limit of WiFi wireless transmission. After testing and analysis, the results proved that such system is capable of substituting physical line transmission while effectively alleviating relevant difficulties.
