However, the new interior wall method of collective housing is also facing the bottleneck of technology development and promotion, there fore, it is necessary to refer to domestic environmental factors, integrate and establish design criteria for a collection of residential compartment systems, this is listed as the primary work towards the promotion of the application goals.
This study tried to interview and value engineering, actual case import value analysis, applying analysis results, draft interview questions, interview with interviewees using in-depth interviews, differences between compartment systems and traditional brick walls, cost-effectiveness difference between compartment system and traditional brick wall, Substitute, increase efficiency, increase efficiency, and integrate excellence, the purchase mode for future consumers, more convenient.
Actual case application value engineering, the results show that the five alternatives are the optimal solution for dry light compartments, traditional red brick wall than the original plan, save about 40% of the original plan, light compartments not only overcome the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of traditional brick walls, more manpower than use, economically feasible alternative to traditional brick wall design proposals, value engineering research, inspire the effect of engineering design ideas, apply in-depth interviews on the
proposed topic, interviews with owners, builders, designers, interior design iii
performers, etc. Learned during the interview, comparison between compartment system and traditional brick wall, interviewer 90% think, the compartment system is superior to traditional brick walls in terms of cost effectiveness and construction efficiency, compartment system replaces traditional brick wall, analysis of cost-effectiveness, construction efficiency of 95%, think that traditional brick walls need to use too much manpower, in the era of rising wages, is a cost burden to consumers, but the shortcomings of the compartment system still need to be studied again, further research on material quality, Construction method development, etc.
