臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

為提高房屋之品質以及讓消費者買得能夠安心，許多業者開始導入可追溯性（traceability）的概念，房屋從建造到完工的過程給記錄起來，以便日後檢視或提供消費者參考，而高雄市政府也在2016年開發出一套建築物生產履歷系統供高雄市的建商或房屋業者使用，但對於資料存放於政府機關之伺服器一事，對於部分建商來說存有隱憂，而區塊鏈（Blockchain）擁有去中心化、可追蹤性、不可改變以及最終結果一致性等特性，適合於追溯、驗證及認證的應用，因此本研究針對建築生產履歷開發一套以太坊智能合約，提供建築相關業者將檢驗報告、試驗資料與檢查項目共同上傳至合約內，智能合約的特性為只要寫好程式並達成觸發條件便會自動執行交易，不受外界干擾，且每筆資料都可以追溯，利用Solidity語言來撰寫智能合約內容，並部署到區塊鏈上，透過系統測試合約功能以及評估分析該架構的可行性，提供未來以太坊智能合約開發之參考。

In order to improve the quality of buildings and reassure consumers, many construction companies have begun to introduce the concept of traceability, which keeps track of the building process from construction to completion. These records can be used for future inspection or reference for consumers. In 2016, Kaohsiung City Government developed a building traceability system for the builders or real estate companies in Kaohsiung City. However, there are some concerns raised by some builders regarding the storage of data on the servers of government agencies. In the meantime, the blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization, traceability, immutability, and result consistency. The blockchain is suitable for the application of traceability, verification and authentication. Therefore, this research develops a set of Ethereum smart contracts for building traceability, providing construction companies and other participants to upload inspection reports, test data and inspection items to the blockchain. As long as the program is written and when the trigger condition are met, the smart contract will initiate the trading process, and the transactions will be executed automatically. All the data in the blockchain can be traced. The content of the smart contract is written in Solidity and deployed to the blockchain. In addition to the development of smart contract, the researchers also conducted system testing and contract function evaluations. Analysis and feasibility of the proposed smart contract framework are also conducted. The research results provide a valuable reference for future Ethereum smart contract development.
