本研究首先將經射擊測試之機箱進行破損分析後，接下來使用有限元素分析找出其機箱結構破損之原因。於有限元素分析中，先減化機箱幾何特徵，再分析選用四種材料包括結構鋼、7075鑄造用鋁合金、尼龍（PA66）及尼龍＋33%玻纖（PA66+33%GF）時，機箱之結構剛性。而機箱中之金屬崁入件亦是主要影響機箱強度之關鍵零組件，故設計三組樣式之金屬崁入件探討對半自動手槍機箱結構剛性之影響。機箱經有限元素分析後，考慮最大變形量及重量，採用PA66+33%GF材料為機箱材料，將機箱與金屬崁入件整合分析後，以Type3之金屬崁入件為最佳設計，槍箱採用Type3之金屬崁入件後於C處之最大等效應力則從178.47 MPa減少至36.27 MPa。

First of all, the semi-automatic pistol frame after the shooting test made failure analyzed in this study, and using the finite element analysis software finds out the reasons for the damage to the frame structure. In the finite element analysis, to reduce the geometric characteristics of the frame, and to analyze four selected materials including structural steel, 7075 aluminum alloy, nylon (PA66) and nylon + glass fiber (PA66 + 33%GF). The key component is metal inserts in the frame, which is mainly affected the strength of it. Therefore, the design of three sets of metal inserts discusses the iMPact on the structural strength of the semi-automatic pistol frame.
The finite element analysis results show that considering the maximum deformation and weight, PA66 + 33%FG material used as the frame material. After the frame and the metal implant integrated and analyzed, the third group of the metal insert is the best design, which can be effective in reducing the equivalent stress caused by shooting. The maximum equivalent stress of the third group of metal inserts at C reduced from 178.47 MPa to 36.27 MPa.
