In recent years, extreme climates have affected the world and caused many lives and property losses. The main reason is that the development of human industry has gradually exhausted the earth's natural resources, and a large amount of carbon dioxide emissions have caused the global greenhouse effect, which has led to climate change under the vicious circle of environmental pollution. In addition, the 311 earthquake in Japan in 2011 triggered a tsunami that caused a serious nuclear leakage accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, which accelerated the development of clean energy in countries around the world to gradually reduce dependence on nuclear energy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and protect the global environment. Taiwan is an island country with a lack of natural resources. As much as 98% of its energy needs to be imported. It is imperative to actively develop energy independence. In addition, the current government resolutely opposes the construction of the fourth nuclear plant and calls out the "Non-Nuclear Homeland" policy, hoping to make good use of Taiwan’s abundant sunshine to develop solar photovoltaics, and use Taiwan’s world’s best wind farms to push offshore wind power generation. It is also set for 2025. The annual proportion of renewable energy power generation needs to reach the policy goal of 20%. Among them, the solar photovoltaic device capacity needs to reach 20GW, accounting for 67% of all green power, which can be said to be an important key to whether the green energy policy can meet the standard. The main purpose of this research is to use Text Mining to research and discuss the energy development and power sustainability planning of "Taiwan Solar Photoelectricity". Keyword analysis and sentiment analysis of the word, hoping to provide a reference for Taiwan’s solar photovoltaic development and national energy policy.
