近年來自動駕駛科技發展迅速，搭載半自動輔助駕駛功能的車輛已成為消費者購車的考量之一，也逐漸改變駕駛人的駕車習慣，未來達到Level 5全自動駕駛後無需駕駛人員駕駛車輛，商用載客車輛亦是如此，少了車輛操控介面、實體按鈕的內裝配置將與現有車輛不同，乘車人員則有更多時間從事其他活動，車輛也將作為家以及辦公等其他場域的延伸。

本研究運用文獻分析法，分析過往至今與推測未來的科技應用、大眾因創新科技所改變的生活模式，以及車輛發展趨勢，接著與專家進行半結構式訪談以及與一般大眾的問卷調查作為依據，歸納出目前商用車輛乘坐情形以及未來搭乘商用全自動駕駛載具乘坐的需求，研究結果顯示目前乘坐商用車輛人數為一至兩人居多，乘車時間則為15-30分鐘，乘車活動則為使用手機、看窗外風景以及休息與睡眠居多；對於未來商用全自動駕駛載具看法，認為車內整潔無味道以及車內衛生(消毒)很重要；與陌生人共乘時則認為人身安全以及隱私很重要；載具內部設備操作中，偏好使用隨身智慧型裝置來操作以及認為智慧型裝置能連線載具內多媒體、顯示資訊功能很重要；在未來可能會有的乘車需求中，需求排名依序為：休息及睡眠、飲食、工作、親子友善、娛樂、寵物以及醫學診療，休息及睡眠需求，並依前述依據設計未來商用全自動駕駛載具之內裝，使用PhotoShop繪圖軟體繪製內裝圖稿以及搭配Maya動畫軟體製作動畫作為輔助。

未來將邁向智慧生活，將來搭乘Level 5全自動駕駛載具時，乘坐人員在移動過程中能有更多元的活動，自動駕駛載具的系統與乘車人員智慧型穿戴裝置的連結，系統彼此相容性以及使用者介面將帶來更直覺的操作方式如語音或是手勢控制，多國語言讓外國籍旅客在車輛操作使用上也能運用自如，全自動駕駛載具將掀起新的運輸革命，期望透過此研究能提供給未來欲設計商用自動駕駛載具之廠商參考。在科技日新月異下，汽車設計流程運用新科技以及輔助設備，將其設計流程簡化與縮短，未來的汽車設計流程如何搭配新的科技技術與設備的運用值得探討。

Autonomous driving technology has developed rapidly in recent years, having semi-autonomous driving system have become one of the considerations for consumers when purchasing vehicles. They have also gradually changed drivers’ driving habits. In the future, when Level 5 fully autonomous driving is achieved, there will be no need for a driver to drive the vehicle, so are the same for commercial vehicles. Without vehicle control panel and physical buttons, the interior configuration will be different from existing vehicles. Passengers will have more time to engage in other activities, and the vehicle will also serve as an extension of other areas such as home and office.

This study uses the document analysis method to analyze the past, present and future technological applications, the public's life style changed by innovative technology, and vehicle development trends. Then, it conducts semi-structured interviews with experts and questionnaire surveys with the general public as a basis, and summarizes Based on the need of taking the commercial vehicles recent years and the need of taking the commercial fully autonomous vehicles for future, the research results show that currently the number of people taking commercial vehicles is mostly one to two, the riding time is 15-30 minutes, and the majority of riding activities are using mobile phones. , looking at the scenery outside the window, resting and sleeping mostly; regarding future commercial fully autonomous driving vehicles, they believe that the car is clean and smell-free and hygienic (disinfection) is very important; when sharing a ride with strangers, they believe that personal safety and privacy are very important too; In the operation of internal equipment of vehicles, they prefer to use portable smart devices for operation and believe that it is important for smart devices to be able to connect to the multimedia and display information functions in the vehicle; among the possible ride demands in the future, the demand rankings are in order for: rest and sleep, food, work, child-friendly, entertainment, pets and medical diagnosis and treatment, rest and sleep needs, and based on the above-mentioned basis, design the interior of future commercial fully autonomous vehicles, use PhotoShop to draw interior artwork and matching Maya animation software is used to create animations as an aid.

The future will move toward smart life. When taking Level 5 fully autonomous vehicles in the future, passengers will be able to have more diverse activities during the movement. The system of the autonomous vehicle will connect with the smart wearable devices of the passengers. Mutual compatibility and user interface will bring more intuitive operation methods such as voice or gesture control. Multiple languages will allow foreign passengers to operate the vehicle easily. Fully autonomous vehicles will set off a new transportation revolution. It is hoped that this research can provide a reference for manufacturers who want to design commercial autonomous vehicles in the future. With the rapid changes in science and technology, the automobile design process uses new technologies and auxiliary equipment to simplify and shorten the design process. How the future automobile design process will be matched with the use of new technologies and equipment is worthy of discussion.
