休閒時代的來臨，讓許多投資者開始重視休閒產業，並紛紛投入相當的經費來建設休閒設施，但在一例一休實施後，休假時間變長了，本國籍勞工投入休閒生活的意願變多，加速休閒產業的蓬勃發展；反之，伴隨而來的，是造成很多外籍勞工不能加班(或輪班)，收入減少，對生活確實造成衝擊，自然而然對休閒活動產生阻礙。
休閒研究己蔚為顯學，但研究休閒時若不先談阻礙就毫無意義可言，休閒的自由愈多那麼產生的阻礙可能也會相對的增加，隨著新冠肺炎的疫情爆發，產生新的休閒阻礙，本國籍勞工響應政府防疫措施，減少休閒生活；但台灣疫情控制有成，外銷經濟活動不減，因此，讓外籍勞工有了加班(或輪班)的機會，收入增加，自然對休閒活動投入意願提高。
本研究以福懋興業股份有限公司為例，針對本國籍勞工與菲律賓籍勞工的休閒參與情形和休閒阻礙情形做深入探討與比較，藉以同時破除對本國籍勞工與菲籍勞工的休閒阻礙，並在後疫情時期，提升休閒活動的參與，使員工獲得身心的健康，促使他們對工作滿足，並能得到工作中的價值感，企業亦能吸引更多的優秀勞工投入公司效力。
本研究目的主要在探討本國籍勞工與菲律賓籍勞工休閒參與及休閒阻礙，透過問卷調查後將樣本分為本國籍、菲籍及整體樣本作分析比較，研究結果發現：不同基本資料的員工在休閒參與及休閒阻礙皆有部分顯著差異，因此，研究假設一與研究假設二皆為部分成立。另外在休閒阻礙對休閒參與的影響假設，本研究發現國籍不同，其休閒阻礙對休閒參與的顯著影響也不同，在此研究假設三為部分成立。希望根據研究結果，能夠提供企業主瞭解休閒阻礙之相關情形，並思考如何藉由休閒參與提高工作效率。

With the advent of the leisure society, many investors have paid more attention to the leisure industry, and have invested considerable funds in the construction of leisure facilities. Since the policy, One Fixed Day Off and One Flexible Rest Day per Week, was implemented, Taiwanese workers have more leisure time and are more willing to participate leisure activities, which accelerate the development of the leisure industry. On the contrary, due to the policy, migrant workers can not overwork (or take shifts) so their income may reduce which impacts their lifestyles and have negative effects on individuals' leisure participation.
Recently, leisure studies have become so popular; however, leisure constraints should be primarily discussed while studying the issue. The more the leisure activities are available, the more leisure constraints may grow. With the outbreak of COVID-19, new leisure constraints reveal. Taiwanese workers followed the epidemic prevention and control guidelines announced by the central government to decrease leisure activities; however, the outbreak is contained temporarily in Taiwan and Taiwan’s exports have increased. Thus, migrant workers have the opportunities to overwork (or take shifts) and to increase their income, so there are more willing to participate in leisure activities.
The study took Formosa Taffeta Co. as the study sample, and compared leisure participation and leisure constraints of Taiwanese workers and Filipino workers, and tried to overcome their leisure constraints. If a company can encourage their workers to participate in leisure activities and enhance well-beings, they may satisfied with their job and obtain work values; also, a company can attract more excellent workers to work for them in the post-pandemic era.
The main purpose of the study aimed to explore leisure participation and leisure constraints of Taiwanese workers and Filipino workers. Via the questionnaire, the participants were divided into Taiwanese workers, Pilipino workers and the total sample. The results of the study show that workers with different demographic characteristics have partially significant differences on leisure participation and leisure constraints, so H1 and H2 are partially true. Besides, for the hypothesis regarding leisure constraints has significant effects on leisure participation, the study shows that different nationalities’ leisure constraints have significant effects on leisure participation, so H3 is partially true. Hopefully, the results of the study can provide business owners with a clear picture to understand leisure constraints and to enhance workers’ work efficiency by promoting leisure participation.
