陳彥彰(2016)製作三種夯實升層厚度與夯實能量之標準夯實試驗，其中模型三夯實升層厚度10cm蓄水40天後下游坡面未產生破壞，僅發生潮濕情形，且夯實能量為12,976.8ft-lb/ft^3符合ASTM D698之標準夯實能量。曾暐峻(2020)製作五個沉泥模型試驗皆以ω_omc之沉泥土壤作為土心，以五種不同形式的壩殼與濾層保護土心，除模型一純沉泥土心蓄水後於下游坡處產生穿孔破壞，其餘四個模型皆為濾層遭掏刷進而使土心溶出於下游坡處產生硫饋破壞。
　　本研究仿傚溢洪道保護水庫大壩之方式，在遇水溶解的沉泥與砂土堰堤上、下坡面及頂部、與其間設置有排水廊道的雙層混凝土坡面覆蓋，上層混凝土坡面具有垂直坡面的排水管，用以快速導流上游溢頂的洪水，降低堤堰側向水壓(保護力一)、當水流滲入其中間濾層時，下層鋼絲網混凝土版能保護土心不易被水溶解(保護力二)、水流由上方通過增加土壩或堰堤下壓的正向力(保護力三)、上層透水混凝土版可承受土石、漂流木的撞擊，等洪水過後，再修補堰堤上層混凝土版(保護力四)、下游坡面排水，滲流水不會集中於下游坡趾、不容易沖壞堤堰(保護力五)。具溢洪道的堰堤，在洪水溢頂時可產生以上五個保護力，用以保護遇水溶解的沉泥土心與砂土土心，使土壩或堰堤在溢頂時不會產生潰決。
　　本研究於88.5cm×88.5cm×500cm之模型水槽中完成夯實後的沉泥模型與砂土模型堰堤高70cm，上下游斜坡各45°、頂寬25cm、底寬145cm，上、下層混凝土版覆蓋約18cm，經蓄水溢頂6小時(沉泥土心)、與5小時後(砂土土心)，模型壩仍穩定無流砂與蝕洞，模型壩的下游坡面流出的為清水。護岸溢頂5~6小時後，將水工模型上方的水引流流乾，隔天將雙層混凝泥土殼剝除，檢視回填土壤沒有被掏空的現象，驗證了具溢洪道式透水堰堤，可保護遇水溶解的沉泥與砂土土壤當築堤材料。

　　Yen-Chang Chen , 2016 , made three standard tamping tests for the thickness of the ramming and rising layer and the tamping energy. In the model three, the thickness of the ramming and rising layer was 10 cm and the downstream slope was not damaged after 40 days of water storage, but only wet conditions, and the tamping energy was 12,976.8ft- lb/ft^3meets ASTM D698 standard tamping energy.WEI-CHUN ZHUN , 2020 , made five sedimentary model tests, all of which used ω_OMC sedimentary soil as the soil core, and protected the soil core with five different forms of dam shells and filter layers. Perforation failure occurred in the other four models, and the filter layer was excavated and brushed, which caused the soil core to dissolve out of the downstream slope, resulting in sulfur feed failure.
　　This study imitates the method of protecting reservoir dams by spillways. The upper, lower slopes and tops of the embankments of sediment and sand dissolved in water are covered with double-layer concrete slopes with drainage corridors between them. The upper concrete slopes have The drainage pipe on the vertical slope is used to quickly divert the flood overflowing the top of the upstream and reduce the lateral water pressure of the dike (protection force 1). Water dissolves (protective force 2), the water flow from above increases the normal force of earth dam or dike downward pressure (protective force 3), the upper layer of permeable concrete plate can withstand the impact of soil, stone and driftwood, and after the flood, the upper layer of the weir embankment concrete is repaired (Protection force 4), drainage on the downstream slope, seepage water will not concentrate on the toe of the downstream slope, and it is not easy to damage the embankment (protection force 5). A weir with a spillway can generate the above five protective forces when the flood overflows the top to protect the submerged soil core and sandy soil core dissolved in water, so that the earth dam or weir will not collapse when the top overflows.
　　In this study, the rammed mud model and sand model in the model water tank of 88.5cm×88.5cm×500cm are 70cm high, the upstream and downstream slopes are 45° each, the top width is 25cm, and the bottom width is 145cm. The upper and lower layers are covered with concrete plates. About 18cm, after 6 hours of water storage and overflow (sand soil core) and 5 hours (sand soil core), the model dam is still stable without quicksand and erosion holes, and the downstream slope of the model dam flows out of clean water. 5~6 hours after the revetment overflowed the roof, drain the water above the hydraulic model and remove the double-layer concrete shell the next day to check that the backfill soil was not hollowed out. It can protect the water-dissolved sediment and sandy soil as embankment materials.
