臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究以國內某生技實驗室檢驗大樓搬遷新建工程之初期規劃為例，原已完
成先期規劃，因業主發現原規劃成果不符後續發包需求，所以再執行補充規劃，本
研究比較兩者差異，瞭解規劃流程及步驟不同產生之差異影響。
本研究透過實驗室需求調查問卷、空間需求表、訪談紀錄表、訪談會議及工作
會議，能有效提高規劃報告於細部設計階段被使用時產生的效益，並提出可依循的
規劃流程，將實驗室營運的需求，轉化為工程規劃設計方案，減少需求與規劃成果
的差異。

This study takes the initial planning of the relocation and construction of a biotechnology laboratory building as an example. The preliminary planning has already been completed. Because the owner found that the original planning results did not meet the subsequent procurement requirements. Therefore, supplementary planning is carried out. Compares the differences between the two understand the effects of different planning processes and steps.
Uses questionnaires related to laboratory requirements, space requirements tables, interview record tables, interview meetings and work meetings. Propose a process for owners to follow. Translate the actual operation requirements of the laboratory into engineering planning and design solutions. Reduce the difference between actual demand and planned results. It can effectively improve the benefit generated when the planning report is used in the detailed design stage, and propose a planning process that can be followed.
