In recent years, manufacturers have spared no effort to lower costs, enhance capacity of the production line and maximize profits. However, conducting trials and fixing errors can be very costly. Therefore, this study applies the optimized experiment analysis to select the best analysis method based on the cost, and perform optimization analysis for the factors that will affect the capacity of the production line. Moreover, it works out the significant factors and correlations between the factors. Finally, it obtains the optimal parameters for various objectives provided that the design conditions are reasonable. This paper is going to improve the capacity for the board loader provided by JHY HUEY AUTO MACHINE CO., LTD. This study mainly divides the equipment into programmable logic controller, suction cup unit, and air control circuit unit. Using the Design-Expert optimization analysis software and Minitab, with the aid of tools such as fishbone diagram, it finds out all the factors that affect the production capacity, so as to increase the capacity and propose corresponding solutions.
