在遭遇了因國家文化與政治制度的不同對供應鏈產生重大影響的事件之後，企業和學術界對此二構面與供應鏈風險的相關性產生了高度的關注，但在相關研究仍為少數。了解此二構面的相互影響可以幫助企業在進入新市場時規避潛在風險，從而為企業帶來競爭優勢。因此，本研究的即探討國家文化、政治制度與供應鏈風險之間的關係，及國家文化和政治制度將如何影響供應鏈風險。本研究以近年的供應鏈風險之事件為研究對象，探討其在不同國家文化及政治制度下對供應鏈風險之事件產生之影響，並以內容分析法、主題分析法和歸納法加以分析，結果得知，國家文化對政治制度構面在同一事件中，導致供應鏈風險的差異。本研究還為企業在當今開發全球供應鏈方面提出了一些建議。

After experiencing many events that have a great impact on the supply chain that related to national culture and political institution, the linking of these two concepts with supply chain risk have received much attention from businesses and academia but it still limitedly mentioned in the literature. Understanding their mutual influences can help businesses avoid potential risks when entering a new market, thus brings forth competitive advantages to the business. Therefore, the aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between national culture, political institution to supply chain risk. And how will national culture and political institution can affect to supply chain risk. This research hopes to use content analysis, thematic analysis and inductive reasoning as the method to find the relationship about national culture, political institution and supply chain risk. The result shows that national culture have an effect to political institution and the difference in political institutions as well as national culture dimension lead to the difference in supply chain risks. This study also recommends some suggestion for firm in exploiting global supply chain as nowadays.
