臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究主要探討社會新鮮人之人格特質與科技接受模式對其職業傾向之影響，期望將來不論是公司招募員工或社會新鮮人應徵工作，能幫助他們甄選出適合自己的員工或工作。
本研究量表的第一部分以Costa and McCrae (1992提出)之五大特質分類法為主要參考架構；第二部分參考Davis (1989)科技接受模式相關研究，並利用因素分析萃取出兩項構面做科技接受模式量表；第三部分參考許富惠 (2013)與林仙玉 (2013)所編製之職涯規劃量表，並透過因素分析萃取出兩構面作為職業傾向量表。針對524人進行問卷調查，扣除專職工作年資超過3年以上不符合社會新鮮人條件之37位無效樣本，有效問卷為487份。研究分析部份，採取信度分析、效度分析、差異性分析、相關分析及迴歸分析。
本研究之結論歸納成以下三點，第一點為台灣之社會新鮮人開放性、外向性、親和性與嚴謹性人格特質分數越高，科技接受程度越高，職業傾向越高；第二點為台灣之社會新鮮人情緒穩定性越高，轉職次數越少，職業傾向越高；第三點為台灣之社會新鮮人持有專業證照張數越多，科技接受模式之使用認知越高，對於職業之重要性越高。

The focus of the present study is on the influence of personality trait model and technology acceptance model on the professional tendency of fresh graduates in the expectation of providing assistance for enterprises to acquire qualified employees and for job applicants to encounter their targeted employers.
The first part of this study is constructed in accordance with the five major quality classifications presented by Costa and McCare (1992), The second part adopts as reference the relevant studies of technology acceptance model by Davis (1989), while extracting by use of factor analysis two facets as a technology extracts two facets as a professional acceptance model scale. third tendency scale through factor analysis on the basis of the career strategy scale programmed by Fu-hui Hsu and Xian-yu Lin (2013). With 37 respondents who possess more than three years of job experience subtracted as invalid samples, the number of valid samples for this study is 487. The methods of this study consist in reliability analysis, validity analysis, variability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis.
The following three conclusions are arrived at in this study. Firstly, the higher the openness, the extraversion, the agreeableness, the conscientiousness, the acceptance of technology of Taiwanese fresh graduates, the higher their professional tendency. Secondly, the higher the emotional stability and the lower frequency of job changes, the higher professional tendency. Thirdly, the more professional licenses possessed and the higher the use recognition of technology acceptance model, the more profitable towards job acquisition.
