This study uses questionnaires and questionnaire interviews as research tools to explore the diversified operating models of YouTube channel operators. The empirical results point out that among the ten main businesses of YouTube channel, the common diversified business operations of YouTube channel operators are concentrated in three businesses: advertising profit sharing, business cooperation, and professional film production. Secondly, judging from the fact that the proportion of each business’s revenue to the total revenue falls below 40%, the source of revenue of the YouTube channel industry is not concentrated in a certain business. On the whole, YouTube channel operators believe that diversification is important, and YouTube channel operators are also in the process of diversification.
