在資訊快速發展的時代，臨床護理作業也進入資訊化時代，醫護人員是醫院內人數最多的專業族群，也是提供病患照護活動的醫療人員，各家醫院為減輕醫護人員在書寫記錄上負擔，建置醫療相關資訊系統，提供醫護人員於臨床照護活動上使用，若照護工作中可以輔以電腦化之幫助，能提升照護品質及病人安全，醫護人員對於醫院資訊系統導入後使用情形、使用效益以及影響使用之相關因素對使用者來說是非常重要。
本研究之主要目的是藉由資訊系統成功模式概念，探討中部某醫院血液透析室醫護人員對於透析資訊系統之使用度及使用者滿意度，與透析資訊系統之資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質的關係，及對透析資訊系統之使用效益之關連性。透過Google線上問卷進行調查分析，並以SPSS統計軟體進行基本資料分析、信度分析、專家效度和回歸分析。本研究經分析後統整以下結論：
一、當資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質與系統使用度及使用者滿意度之影響做整體探討時，皆正向顯著之影響。
二、在系統使用度與使用者滿意度之間的關係，兩者皆呈現出顯著正向之交互影響。
三、當以系統使用度與系統使用效益兩者間相互做探討，中部某醫院血液透析室醫護人員對透析資訊系統使用的程度及滿意度越高，則使用透析資訊系統所帶來效益越大。

In the era of rapid information development, clinical nursing operations have also turned to the use of information technology. Since medical staff account for the majority of professional personnel in hospitals, who are also engaged in providing patient care to patients, hospitals have tried to reduce the burden of paperwork for these employees by building a medical information system. If the introduction of computerized operation in the clinical environment can improve the quality of care and patient safety, it is extremely important to understand various factors in influencing medical staff’s use of system, benefits and impact on relying on the medical information system.
The main objective of this study was to explore the system usage and user satisfaction of medical staff when using information system with dialysis operation in a hemodialysis room of a hospital in the central Taiwan, in terms of its information quality, system quality and service quality, as well as the correlation between such system and the user benefits, through the concept of information system success model. Survey was conducted via Google's online questionnaire and SPSS statistical software was used for basic data analysis, reliability analysis, expert validity and regression analysis. The data analysis of this study was presented as follows:
1. When the impact of information quality, system quality, service quality, system usage, and user satisfaction were comprehensively discussed, they showed significantly positive impact.
2. In the relationship between system usage and user satisfaction, both factors were positively interacting in correlation to affect each other.
3. When system usage and system benefits were put together for analysis, the information system provided more positive benefits to the hemodialysis process when medical staff were satisfactorily using more of the system.
