臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究利用全球衛星導航系統（GNSS）設備的精確定位特性，計算車輛行走之實際距離，實現將其運用在計程車計費表行走檢定使用上。本次研究共分為可行性測試、計畫測試以及假設檢定分析三部分，並利用準確性判斷、重複性判斷及允收公差判斷作為判定標準。實際測試時，允收公差部分超出判斷標準，因此導入校正參數的概念進行修正，以達到各項測試皆符合三項判斷標準。此外搭配統計學的假設檢定，針對車速、行走路線、GNSS設備、氣候及遮蔽狀況等因素做變異性分析，並針對變異因素提出相對應的解決方案。
經本次研究得知，使用GNSS設備執行計費表行走檢定時，可先於檢定路徑地區找出該區域校正參數，並利用本研究參數導入之機制進行測試數據校正，可得符合本研究提出判斷標準之數據。在未來可搭配法規修訂、設備管理以及軟體改善等方面，讓其運用上更完善，精確以及便利。

In this study, the precise positioning characteristics of the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) equipment are used to calculate the actual distance traveled by the vehicle, and to apply it to the travel verification of the taximeters. This research is divided into three parts: feasibility test, project test and hypothesis testing. In addition, it utilizes the accuracy, repeatability and allowable tolerance as the judgment criteria. During the test, the part of allowable tolerance exceeds the judgment criterion, therefore importing the concept of correcting parameter to adjust the data to achieve the three judgment criteria. In addition, it utilizes statistical hypothesis testing to analyze the variation for factors such as vehicle speed, car route, GNSS equipment, climate and shaded environment. Furthermore, it proposes the corresponding solutions against coefficient of variation.
According to this research, it is possible to find out the correcting parameters of the verification route area in advance when utilizes GNSS equipment to implement road verification of taximeter. After that, it corrects the testing data by using the mechanism of the parameters from this research. Lastly, it infers the data which is consistent with the judgment criteria in this research. In the future, it can be combined with legislative amendment, equipment management and software improvement to make its application more complete, accurate and convenient.
