儘管許多國家已解除旅遊限制，但仍有部分旅客對出國旅遊持保留態度。本研究旨在探討後疫情時代影響旅客出國旅遊決策的因素，針對過去曾有出國經驗之台灣籍航空旅客為研究對象，以線上問卷調查方式，蒐集旅客個人資料、旅遊特性，並衡量旅客對於 COVID-19 態度、在航空旅遊期間不同階段的感染風險知覺以及未來出國旅遊意願，總共回收420份問卷。除了使用敘述性統計、因素分析外，並進一步以順序普羅比模式 (Ordered Probit Model) 探討後疫情時代影響旅客出國旅遊的因素。
研究結果顯示，旅客仍然擔憂航空旅遊期間具有感染風險，且認為機上或機場的飲食行為、使用公共洗手間是感染風險最高的時機。而模式結果指出個人收入、疫情爆發前的出國旅遊頻率、疫情期間具有出國經驗 (2020至2022年)、對Covid-19的態度、旅遊期間感染病毒的風險知覺、旅行對生活的意義以及過往的旅遊傾向皆顯著影響疫後出國旅遊意願。本研究最後提出若干結論供航空公司及機場管理之參考。

Despite the removal of travel restrictions in many countries, some individuals are still hesitant to engage in outbound travel. This research aims to explore the factors that influence travelers' decisions regarding outbound travel in the post-pandemic era. Taiwanese travelers were chosen as the case of this study, and data were collected through an online questionnaire survey, with a total of 420 Taiwanese respondents participating. Ordered Probit Model is further adopted for model analysis.
The results revealed that using toilets at airports or within the cabin and consuming in-flight meals were identified as activities with the highest risk of virus transmission. Furthermore, the model results indicated that personal income, attitude towards the pandemic, perception of infection risk, the meaning of travel in one's life, and previous outbound travel experiences significantly impact outbound travel intentions. Travelers continue to express concerns regarding the risk of virus transmission during air travel.
To instill confidence among travelers, it is crucial for airport authorities and airlines to maintain continuous supervision of disinfection and cleanliness protocols. Additionally, it was found that higher-income individuals are more likely to afford the costs associated with outbound travel in the post-pandemic era. Therefore, if there is a persistent surge in prices, the recovery of the airline industry may be hindered.
