臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

自動揀料系統廣泛應用於倉儲管理，它們只需要適當的環境，在不同的管理的需求方面提供靈活性，並且能夠持續運作。這使得它們特別適合多樣少量的物料倉儲。在傳統倉儲管理依靠人到貨的揀料模式，佔了大部分尋找時間，增加人力揀錯零件失誤率，只有貨到人的揀料模式得以解決零件在生產中簡化物料作業，提升供貨效率。
本研究使用可程式控制器方法搭配人機介面與Arduino微控制器方法做整合，並以行動裝置作為遠端即時訂單備料監視系統，透過行動裝置執行監視揀料秤重作業，進行實例驗證自動揀料系統的可行性。比對分析結果零件自動揀料系統，進行各別50g、100g及150g測試，實驗測試每單位次數為3次，而測得總誤差百分比總平均為10%左右。實驗結果證實本系統可有效改善勞力作業及等待備料時間。

Automatic picking systems are widely used in warehouse management, they only need the right environment, provide flexibility in terms of different management needs, and can operate continuously. This makes them particularly suitable for the storage of a variety of small quantities of materials. In the traditional warehouse management relying on the picking mode of people to goods, it takes up most of the search time and increases the error rate of manual picking of wrong parts. Only the picking mode of goods to people can solve the problem of simplifying the material operation of parts in production and improving the supply efficiency.
In this study, the programmable controller is integrated with the human-machine interface and the Arduino microcontroller, and the mobile device is used as the remote real-time order preparation monitoring system. The mobile device is used to monitor the picking and weighing operation, and an example is used to verify the automatic picking system. feasibility. Compare and analyze the results of the automatic parts picking system, and test 50g, 100g and 150g respectively. The number of experimental tests per unit is 3 times, and the total error percentage measured is about 10% on average. The experimental results confirm that the system can effectively improve labor operations and waiting time for material preparation.
