臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

人們處在致病的環境當中，各家保健食品的趨勢慢慢興起，以前因為環境單純根本不需要吃保健食品，現在的環境真的需要投資保健食品保養自己，而現今的人們外食居多造成飲食的不均衡，還有生活壓力大導致許多慢性文明病。所以，必須透過飲食方面、生活作息、規律運動，或是攝取保健食品補充每日所需的營養。本研究以保健食品為出發點，對象為紡織業輪班工作人員，針對他們透過什麼原因會想要購買保健食品，或者不買保健食品，進行這方面的調查，能夠了解到紡織業輪班工作人員自覺健康以及生活習慣與保健食品消費行為之間是否影響。
透過問卷調查法藉由紡織業輪班工作人員發放問卷，有效樣本數為250份並以SPSS 22.0統計軟體對研究假設做出描述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、單因子變異數分析及多元線性迴歸分析。研究結果顯示自覺健康和生活習慣對於保健食品消費行為有顯著影響。

People are living in a contagious environment and the trend of different functional foods is gradually increasing. In the past, because of healthy environment peope do not need to eat healthy food. In the current environment, it is really needed to invest in healthy food to maintain people health. Today, most people eat outside resulting in an unbalanced diet and stress of life which has led to many chronic illnesses. Therefore, it is necessary to supplement daily nutrition through diet, daily activities, regular exercise and eating healthy food.
This study takes health foods as a starting point, and targets shift workers in textile industry. For whatever reason they want to buy healthy food or not buy healthy food, take a survey on this issue to understand the relationships among their perceived health, living habit, and health food consumption behavior. A designed questionnaire is issued for shift workers in the textile industry. The number of valid samples is 250 and data analysis is doned by using the SPSS 22.0 statistical software. The research result shows that perceived health and living habit have a significant impact on shift workers’ health food consumption behavior.
