How to improve the functionality of the system, and increase the reference basis of the conditions to make choices, enhance competitiveness and growth, and ultimately achieve the number of job shortage match. This study mainly explores the innovative and accurate talent matching model, job-hunting behavior is the career planning process, if job seekers and business owners, both can effectively and quickly in the human bank to do job-deficient match, will be the most forward-looking breakthrough, but also the current lack of Taiwan in the human banking market. This study will be the students' eight professional ability and personality traits, set different score conversion basis, compared with the old-style human bank candidate's resume, in the professional ability verification, so that its students' professional ability concrete scoring method, is the current human bank in the more innovative match model. After analyzing the data from the enterprise and the student side, it can be the result of precise match. Through interviews with fintech business owners, not only can help educational institutions to plan the curriculum, but also can let students understand the requirements of enterprises on the basis of what standards, to stimulate students' willingness to learn and establish the direction of learning. In the future, it is hoped that researchers will be able to collect a large number of in-depth interviews with fintech business owners and the number of student questionnaires in related departments of finance, because financial science skilled personnel are not only students in the finance department, but also need cross-disciplinary professional skills, or whether non-financial students have the opportunity to enter the field of fintech work.
