臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

由於經濟發展、人們收入水準提高等因素的影響，旅遊已成為人們的重要需求，在享受旅途的同時，旅行者也需要有效降低甚至規避旅行可能存在的風險所造成的損失，利用保險來轉嫁風險降低損失將成為最有效途徑。本研究選定臺灣大學生群體進行問卷測試，並對問卷獲取的數據資料進行敘述性統計分析、單因數變異數分析，來展現臺灣大學生群體旅遊保險產品的消費現狀，並進一步探討旅遊保險消費與人口特質和旅遊風險知覺之間的相關關係。結果顯示，人口特性與人格特質和風險知覺之間有不同水準的相關關係。這提示保險公司在設計保險產品時，可針對不同的旅行方式、不同的收入等級、不一樣地區及資訊接收面推出有差異化的保險產品，以滿足不同群體的旅遊保險消費需求。

Due to factors such as economic development and the increase in people’s income levels, tourism has become an important demand for people. While enjoying the journey, travelers also need to effectively reduce or even avoid the losses caused by the possible risks of travel. And insurance will be the most effective way to to pass on the risks and reduce losses. This study selected college students in Taiwan to conduct a questionnaire test, and performed narrative statistical analysis and single factor variance analysis on the data obtained in the questionnaire to show the consumption status of travel insurance products for Taiwan college students, and further explore the relationship between travel insurance consumption and personality traits and tourism risk perception. The results show that there are different levels of correlation between demographic characteristics and personality traits and risk perception. This reminds insurance companies that when designing insurance products, they can launch differentiated insurance products for different travel methods, different income levels, different regions, and information receiving areas to meet the travel insurance consumption needs of different groups.
