水塔對於人們的日常生活來說是相當重要的，此篇論文將探討不同形狀的水塔在結構上所受到的差異，並加以改善結構使其提升抗壓性及安全性，在此使用Abaqus有限元素分析軟體來模擬分析結構。經分析結果比較在相同容量及厚度的情況下，圓形水塔底部結構較優於方形水塔，而我們將在不加厚度的前提下，後續提出了幾種優化方法來優化方形水塔底部結構，並去比較改善後的差異。
經過實驗分析後顯示，原始結構產生的最大應力為330MPa最大位移量1.538mm，在改善3中所產生的最大應力為221.3MPa、最大位移量0.860mm；改善6中所產生的最大應力為176.6MPa、最大位移量0.972mm，且均未超出降伏強度。後面在回歸分析中得出方程式，並求出均方根誤差來評估預測值與實際值之間的誤差。
此篇論文提出的兩種方法均可有效改善原始底部結構，並且增強了水塔底部的抗壓性和穩定性。透過ANOVA表來假設檢定，並發現改善種類與容量對於三個應變數來說，確實有顯著性的影響。此研究的結果和優化論點有助於未來在設計水塔底部結構時做為參考。

Water towers are crucial to people's daily lives, so this paper explores the differences in the structures of water towers of different shapes and proposes improvements to enhance their compressive strength and safety. Abaqus finite element analysis software is used to simulate and analyze the structures. The analysis results show that, under the same capacity and thickness, the circular water tower has a better bottom structure than the square water tower. Without increasing the thickness, we propose several optimization methods to improve the bottom structure of the square water tower and compare the differences after improvement.
After experimental analysis, it was found that the maximum stress generated by the original structure was 330 MPa with a maximum displacement of 1.538 mm. In Improvement 3, the maximum stress generated was 221.3 MPa with a maximum displacement of 0.860 mm. In Improvement 6, the maximum stress generated was 176.6 MPa with a maximum displacement of 0.972 mm. None of these values exceeded the yield strength. A regression analysis was conducted, and an equation was derived to evaluate the root mean square error between the predicted and actual values.
Both methods proposed in this paper effectively improve the original bottom structure and enhance the compressive strength and stability of the water tower's base. An ANOVA table was used for hypothesis testing, and it was found that the type of improvement and capacity significantly influenced the three variables. The results of this study and optimization arguments contribute as a reference for future designs of water tower bottom structures.
