半導體測試產業面臨著滿足客戶需求及提高品質的壓力，而測試座的清潔是一個必要且重要的步驟。以往的清潔測試座都是依賴人工完成，自動化機台廠商開發出Auto Clean功能達到清潔自動化，但清潔頻率通常是固定值，探針壽命會因測試使用次數增加而老化。因此本論文希望能找出一套方法將當下最適合的清潔頻率計算出來，進而提升產品良率及提高產能。為了解決不確定性和模糊性的特徵，本論文使用模糊演算法，對各種因素（例如探針使用次數、測試壓力、測試溫度）進行模糊化，建立一個模糊規則，然後使用模糊演算法進行計算，以找出最佳的清潔頻率，降低誤宰率，進而改進最終測試的良率，且成本更低。本研究使用線性迴歸模型及擬合度、均方根誤差、正歸化均方誤差進行對於此預測模型之適用性評估為良好。這個方法對於半導體測試產業來說具有實用性和可行性，對於解決產業中清潔測試座的問題提供了一種新的思路。

The semiconductor testing industry is facing pressure to meet customer demands and improve quality, and the cleaning of sockets is a necessary and important step. In the past, socket cleaning relied on manual labor. However, automated machine vendors have developed an Auto Clean feature to achieve cleaning automation. Nevertheless, the cleaning frequency is typically a fixed value, and the probe lifespan deteriorates with an increase in the number of tests conducted. Therefore, this thesis aims to find a method to calculate the most suitable cleaning frequency at any given time, thereby improving product yield and increasing production capacity. To address the characteristics of uncertainty and fuzziness, this study employs fuzzy Algorithm methods to fuzzy various factors such as probe lifespan, contact pressure, and test temperature. A fuzzy rule is established, and fuzzy inference is used to calculate the optimal cleaning frequency. This approach enhances the yield of the final test, reduces the overkill rate, and lowers costs. The research utilizes linear regression models and evaluation metrics such as R², RMSE, and NMSE to assess the applicability of the prediction model, which yields favorable results. This method demonstrates practicality and feasibility in the semiconductor testing industry, providing a new perspective for solving the socket cleaning issue in the industry.
