本研究在探討水中運動導入遊戲是否能夠提升肥胖患者減肥的意願，研究方式採文獻分析法以及專家訪談，主要搜尋並研究兩大主題(一)水中運動(二)遊戲理論，第一步驟選擇適合肥胖患者的水中運動，同時將該運動結合遊戲來探討，設計成一套水中遊戲課程，第二步驟運用遊戲的上課模式來觀察是否可提升肥胖患者意願，第三步驟進行兩次專家訪談，第一次進行課程設計與修正，第二次進行課程實測並發放問卷，第四步驟進行潛在消費者訪談，最後整合研究結果，提出本研究結論及建議。
本研究發現在各類的水中運動裡，水中有氧是非常適合肥胖患者的減肥運動，且對於參與者有以下助益:
1. 生理層面:能提供舒緩放鬆、減少疲勞的功效。
2. 社會層面:參與者能透過課程中的互動來增進友誼。
3. 心理層面:減少壓力、提升正面情緒。
過程中導入遊戲可使運動過程更加生動有趣，遊戲中也能同時提升參與者的水性，在眾多遊戲類別中，若採取競爭型遊戲，個人或團體在對抗的過程中，能更加投入水中運動，進而活絡四肢，減少以往因單調重複性動作所產生的疲憊感。

This study is to explore whether the introduction of water sports into games can increase the willingness of obese patients to lose weight. The research method adopts literature analysis and expert interviews, mainly searching and studying two major themes (1) water sports (2) game theory.The process of ma[rket segmentation consists of four steps. In the first step, choosing the exercises that are suitable for obese patients and combine the exercises and games.Then,design a set of water game courses.The second step is to observe whether this type of teaching method can increase the willingness of obese patients to lose weight.And the third step is to conduct two expert interviews. Conduct the oral interview with expert first and then design and issue questionnaire.Finally, make a result and suggestion.
This study found that among all kinds of water sports. Doing water aerobics to lose weight can be extremely effective for obese and overweight patient.Moreover,It is also very helpful for physical, mental, and social health status of these participants.For physical aspect,participants can relax and reduce fatigue while doing water aerobics.As for mental aspect, participants can relieve stress and increases and maintenance of positive emotions. And as for social aspect, participants can become closer to each other through the course. By introducing games into class it can make exercise more lively and interesting and can improve participants’ aquatic skills and physical fitness at the same time. Besides,competitive games can drive student engagement and that game-based learning can actually get students interested in the water sports.This can help exercise your whole body and reducing the fatigue caused by monotonous repetitive movements in the past.
The three tips about recommendations for future research are as follow: (1) Research into the effects of water game on body composition, physical fitness, and vascular compliance of obesity. (2) Different types of games can be introduced into the research process to compare the willingness to lose weight. (3) This research is only based on the expert interviews data.Therefore,in the future,the research data will be aimed at obesity.
