　　我國行政院公共工程委員會在「公共建設計畫或工程常見進度落後原因及因應對策一覽表」中，列出工程中常見的幾項進度落後原因，其中就包括「未落實管控進度」，而若要落實管控計畫進度，必須能夠準確的掌握計畫進度資訊為前提。由於營建工程本質上的複雜及多樣性，在施工過程中訊息傳遞的混亂狀況，造成上下資訊的不對等，導致即使有階層進度管控模式，上階層與下階層的資訊依舊無法進行有效的傳遞與彙總。
　　本研究利用專案管理軟體所提供的不同彙總方式以及工程案例進行進度彙總資訊傳遞的模擬，目的為(1)使用企業專案結構(EPS)、工作分解結構(WBS)與活動代碼(Activity Code)三種彙總方式，達到三階層進度管理模式；(2)建立多專案的進度資訊彙總流程，作為工程實務多專案進度管控參考。本研究規劃出多專案進度資訊彙總流程，並通過捷運工程「高架段(制式橋)」案例推演，測試其可行性，經過探討後建置出三階層進度管理模式中，最高階層與中階層所使用之專案進度資訊彙總流程，使本研究成果能解決國內工程多專案進度不同階層間資訊彙總與傳遞的問題。

　　The Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan of Taiwan listed several common reasons for delaying behind schedule in construction projects in the "List of common reasons and Solutions for public construction projects planned or projects that are behind schedule", including "unimplemented control progress as planned. " If you want to implement the control the schedule, you must be able to accurately capture the schedule information as a prerequisite. Due to the complexity and diversity of construction projects, the chaotic situation of information transmission from top to bottom during construction, as a result, even if there is a hierarchy management model , the information of the upper and lower layers cannot be effectively transmitted and summarized.
　　This study uses the different summarizing methods provided by Project Management Information System(PMIS) and engineering cases to simulate the transfer of progress summary information. (1) Use the three summarize methods of Enterprise Project Structure (EPS), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Activity Code to achieve a three-level progress management model；(2) Developing multi-project progress information collection and summarizing framework as a multi-project schedule control reference. This study has developed a "multi-project progress information collection and summarizing framework" and used the MRT project "Elevated Section (Typical Bridge)" case simulation to test its feasibility. After simulation, the multi-project progress information collection and summarizing framework used by the highest and middle levels in the three-level schedule management model. The results of this research can solve the problem of progress summarizing and transmission among different levels of multi-project schedule
