Recently, the world has been suffering from heat waves, which have caused many deaths due to heat exhaustion and forest fires, further aggravating the phenomenon. This paper proposes the use of the Internet of Thing (IOT) concept combined with ZigBee and 5G wireless network communication systems to transmit flight information and environmental monitoring data such as PM2.5 sensors, rain sensors, air temperature and other environmental data, to design a system that allows administrators to monitor environmental data through ground-based monitoring station monitors and integrate with drones to create a The system is designed to allow the administrator to monitor environmental data via ground-based monitoring station displays and to create a real-time environmental monitoring system in conjunction with a drone. The system also provides disaster location and identification functions. The ground station manager learns the current location of the drone and the environmental monitoring data of the area through the ground monitoring station screen, and when the monitoring station manager finds the environmental monitoring value is abnormal, he can learn the location of the disaster through the returned data, and make prompt action to prevent the disaster from continuing and prevent the spread of the disaster. The system proposed in this paper is a multi-functional and user-friendly integrated system that can effectively improve the speed of forest data collection, and send data back to the cloud and ground stations in real time, reducing disaster losses while saving data to the cloud to achieve the goal of maintaining sustainable forests and saving data for subsequent analysis.
