導模共振感測器因具有低成本、高靈敏度的特性，可應用在的無標記生醫感測方面，為降低儀器系統成本，本論文使用3D列印元件與精密旋轉平台，製作反射式導模共振感測器之量測系統。3D列印元件的主要元件包括PDMS流道模仁、雙軸旋轉臂、流道固定模組、旋轉平台包覆模組等；在控制模組方面，我們使用低成本的ESP32微控制器，可以進行導模共振感測器的共振角掃描；此外，我們也使用柱面鏡將雷射入射光在導模共振感測器上聚焦成一直線，在其反射的發散光之對應的共振角有最大強度的亮紋，並使用CMOS影像感測器來觀測導模共振元件因表面介質折射率改變所產生之影像亮紋偏移；為精確計算亮紋偏移量，我們利用Python程式來計算圖像平均灰階值來偏移量，可以提升系統量測導模共振元件液體折射率變化的靈敏度。

Guided mode resonance sensors can be used in label-free biomedical sensing due to their low cost and high sensitivity. The main components of 3D printing components include PDMS flow channel mold core, dual-axis rotating arm, flow channel fixed module, rotating platform Attachment module, etc.; in terms of control module, we use a low-cost ESP32 microcontroller, which can Scan the resonance angle of the guided mode resonance sensor; in addition, we also use a cylindrical mirror to focus the laser incident light on the guided mode resonance sensor into a straight line, and the corresponding resonance angle of the reflected divergent light has a maximum Intensity of bright fringe, and use CMOS image sensor to observe the image bright fringe shift of the guided mode resonant device due to the change of the refractive index of the surface medium; in order to accurately calculate the bright fringe shift, we use the Python program to calculate the image. The average gray scale value can be used to increase the sensitivity of the system to measure the change of the refractive index of the liquid in the guided mode resonant device.
