本研究探討好奇心對於台灣的國際學生幸福感的影響並且以文化智商和跨文化適應為中介變項。研究管道主要藉由Facebook 社交群組發送線上問卷，向曾經或現在於台灣就學的國際學生（包括僑生和交換生）收集而得，總瀏覽量為578次，回收有效問卷322筆，回覆率為55.71%。
我們使用 SPSS v. 22 和 Hayes (2017) 的 macro-PROCESS 分析數據，並測試研究變量之間的影響。結果顯示，文化智商和互動跨文化適應在好奇心和生活幸福感之間具有連續中介效果，此外，好奇心和心理幸福感之間也有連續的中介關係，特別是好奇心可以透過文化智商和互動跨文化適應對心理幸福感產生間接效果。此外，透過文化智商和一般跨文化適應，好奇心和生活幸福感之間也存在連續中介關係。 最終，好奇心與心理幸福感之間存在連續中介效果，具體而言，好奇心可以透過文化智商和一般跨文化適應，對心理幸福感產生間接影響。 除了這些發現之外，本研究也為國際學生、教育機構和未來的雇主提供新的見解和實務上的意涵。

The study examined the effects of curiosity on the well-being of international students in Taiwan through the mediating effects of cultural intelligence and cross- cultural adjustment. Data was collected through online questionnaires from international students who were and are currently studying in Taiwan, including overseas Chinese and exchange students. We distributed our questionnaire mainly through Facebook social groups. The valid responses were 322, and the total views were 578, with a response rate of 55.71%.

We analyzed the data and tested the effects among research variables using SPSS v. 22 and macro-PROCESS by Hayes (2017). The results demonstrated that there was a serial mediation relationship between curiosity and life well-being, through cultural intelligence and interaction cross-cultural adjustment. As well as a serial mediation relationship between curiosity and psychological well-being, specifically curiosity has an indirect effect on psychological well-being, through culturalintelligence and interaction cross-cultural adjustment. Furthermore, there was a serial mediation relationship between curiosity and life well-being through cultural intelligence and general cross-cultural intelligence. Finally, there was a serial mediation relationship between curiosity and psychological well-being, specifically, curiosity has an indirect effect on psychological well-being through cultural intelligence and general cross-cultural adjustment. In addition to these findings, the study added new knowledge and practical implications for international students, educational institutions, and future employers.
