The intelligent production had been become the main stream under the industry 4.0. More and more companies arrange Automation Guided Vehicle (AGV) to enhance the manufacture efficiency and avoid occupational safety issue. At present, the system of AGV including the real rail track and magnetic sensor track, however, there are some disadvantage about the type we mentioned above such as widely area usage, inconvenient production line resetting and lower accuracy motion.
For the disadvantage improved above, this research will design one new program about the image recognition with datamatrix that will make the moving more accuracy and convenient, the operator will reset the production line more easily, new system will also provide the remote control to handle the AGV operation.
The QR code will be used on this AGV research according requirement building, system planning and route checking, two lens for top view and bottom view be installed on the AVG to enhance the efficiency and accuracy. According our actual testing, this system already help the manufacturer to increase the production capability and cost reduction. This method had been using by H company then the result calculated through cost-benefit approach that about the total cost is NTD 3,520,000, the net present value is NTD 12,680,000, benefit cost ratio is 4.6, reducing 50% of labor cost, According our actual testing, this system already help the manufacturer to increase the production capability and cost reduction.
