近年來產業市場面臨幾個主要問題，由於台灣少子化的問題，導致未來勞動人口逐漸減少，進而造成社會結構、經濟發展等各方面重大影響，市場為追求更好的品質和時間，在人員培訓時間較為繁瑣。因此本論文以 Visual Studio 2017 和 Siemens NX 所結合建立之二次開發界面為主軸進行研究，為產業市場客製化開發軟體，解決企業開發時間和人員作業時間成本之問題，同時也可以減少因人為所造成的情況發生。
本研究利用 Visual Studio產生出互動界面，並將建立加工工序做分類規劃，再以 NX 內部之錄製功能作為加工動作程式，即可產生出相對應之加工工序，為了印證由二次開發所建立出之工序可實際被應用，利用了 NX 內部的後處理建構器來建立公司專用的後處理，並使用此後處理對加工工序進行 NC 程式碼的轉換。為了使實際上機加工時能更安全，利用 VERICUT 這套加工模擬軟體來確認路徑是否與二次開發界面所建立之工序路徑相符。軟體中可建立與實際機台尺寸相符之模型，刀具及夾爪也都可依實際規格來建置，最後可將完成模擬之 NC 程式碼載入到實際機台中進行切削驗證，讓二次開發界面能透過簡單操作後可大量減少訓練員工的時間和人員作業時間，同時也可以帶來技術層面的保障。

In recent years, Taiwan's industries have been facing the issue of an aging workforce, leading to a gradual decrease in the future labor force. This will have a significant impact on various aspects of society, including social structure and economic development. To pursue better product quality, cost savings, and reduced processing time, companies aim to minimize the time spent on personnel training. Therefore, this thesis combines the development interfaces created using Visual Studio and Siemens NX as the research focus. It aims to customize software for the industrial market, addressing issues related to development time and labor costs while reducing occurrences caused by human factors.

This study utilizes Visual Studio to generate interactive interfaces, categorizes and plans the created machining processes, and uses NX built-in recording functionality to create corresponding machining operation programs. To verify that the processes established through secondary development can be practically applied, the study uses NX built-in post-processing builder to create a company-specific post-processor and converts the machining processes into NC code. To ensure safety during actual machining, VERICUT machining simulation software is employed to confirm whether the paths match those established through the secondary development interface. The software allows the creation of models that match actual machine dimensions, and tools and clamps can be built according to actual specifications. Finally, the completed simulated NC code is loaded onto the actual machine for cutting verification. This enables the secondary development interface to significantly reduce employee training time and labor hours through simple operation, while also providing technical assurance.
