Because the inner cross tie rods and pull-down rods of the construction frame will affect the construction flow of the workers, the workers often remove the inner cross tie rods and the lower railings to facilitate the construction, but they have not been restored or replaced after removal. As a result, the structural strength of the original construction frame is reduced and openings are increased. In addition, the construction workers may not wear or not hook the seat belt, resulting in a high probability of personnel falling and objects collapsing. This study analyzes the possible fall problems that may occur after the internal cross tie rods and pull-down rods are removed, and discusses the inner side guardrail railing as an alternative to the internal cross tie rods and pull-down rods. The use of guardrail construction racks to replace the inner cross tie rods and pull-down rods of the construction frame will help improve the construction quality and personnel safety. However, there are currently no relevant standards or specifications for guardrail railings to follow in Taiwan. In the design stage, the construction frame must be calculated by the structure and confirmed by a technician or full-time engineer before it can be erected to ensure the overall strength and stability of the guardrail type railing. In addition, the use of the guardrail type construction frame has its construction convenience, but should still strengthen publicity to prohibit the removal of the guardrail.
