本研究為建立一台農藥殘留檢測系統，用樹莓派開發板再搭配乙醯膽鹼酯酶(Acetylcholinesterase)檢測法，檢測試劑由吾酶土生物科技購買，來建構一台充電式的可攜式儀器，因儀器內含有樹莓派專用電池組供電，在檢測時可以不插電進行測試，超過30分鐘時需插電做充電動作，在充電時也可以使用儀器檢測農藥殘留。
研究中使用Python來編寫程式碼，並搭配Qt Designer來設計界面及picamera做影像處理。用3D列印製作儀器內部所使用的器材平台，藉由123D design軟體設計3D圖，之後用Cura軟體將檔案輸出成G-Code檔，就可列印成品，這項技術將儀器成本大幅價低。
本研究中發現，電磁閥的開啟時間會影響到檢測數據的準確度，因此將開啟秒數從5秒改為4秒。並利用紅框面積大小變換，來觀察0~500ppm農藥的B值對時間積分的趨勢。藉由改變檢測試劑的劑量與滴定的位置，讓檢測低濃度農藥的數據能夠清楚的辨識。也運用樹莓派的藍芽與手機藍芽做連接，讓儀器的螢幕上的即時數據傳到手機界面上，可以在無網路的狀態下遠端操控儀器。

This research is to establish a pesticide residue detection system, using the Raspberry Pi development board with Acetylcholinesterase detection method, the detection reagents are purchased from Wumaito Biotechnology to construct a rechargeable portable. Because the instrument contains a Raspberry Pi dedicated battery pack for power supply, it can be tested without plugging in during the test. When it is over 30 minutes, it needs to be plugged in for charging, and the instrument can also be used to detect pesticide residues during charging.
In the research, Python was used to write the code, and Qt Designer was used to design the interface and picamera for image processing. Use 3D printing to create the equipment platform used inside the instrument, design 3D drawings with 123D design software, and then using Cura software output the file as a G-Code file to print the finished product. This technology The cost of the instrument is significantly lower.
In this study, it was found that the opening time of the solenoid valve will affect the accuracy of the detection data, so the opening seconds were changed from 5 seconds to 4 seconds. And use the red frame area size to observe the trend of 0-500ppm pesticide B value over time integration. By changing the dosage of the detection reagent and the titration position, the data for detecting low-concentration pesticides can be clearly identified. It also uses the Bluetooth of the Raspberry Pi to connect with the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, so that the real-time data on the screen of the instrument can be transferred to the interface of the mobile phone, and the instrument can be remotely controlled without a network.
