近年來國人非常重視健身休閒，到健身房運動越來越受歡迎，其中以健身腳踏車最為普及，若能以健身腳踏車兼具發電機的功能，不但可以達到運動又可以做為電力的來源，健身腳踏車是透過永磁發電機掛載負載電阻來取代飛輪運轉時的慣量，而由於永磁發電機取代了飛輪後其產生的齒槽轉矩較飛輪產生的起始轉動不一樣尤其在重負載情況下，希望透過優化齒槽轉矩來貼近飛輪使用的感覺，本論文透過有限元素分析結合實驗設計法分析健身腳踏車之永磁發電機。
運用有限元素分析軟體模擬永磁發電機之齒槽轉矩與輸出電壓，透過實際驗證結合有限元素分析軟體分析齒槽轉矩與輸出電壓之特性，再將實驗數據倒入實驗設計軟體Design-expert結合響應曲面法進行較佳化，本論文對永磁發電機之結構設計進行改良與優化並減少齒槽轉矩與提升輸出電壓。

In recent years, people attach great importance to fitness and leisure, and going to gym is becoming more and more popular, among which fitness bicycle is the most popular. This paper analyzes the permanent magnet generator of fitness bicycle through finite element analysis and experimental design method.
By using finite element analysis software to simulate the gearing torque and output voltage of the permanent magnet generator, we analyzed the characteristics of gearing torque and output voltage through actual verification and finite element analysis software, and then poured the experimental data into the experimental design software Design-expert and combined with the response surface method to optimize the structure design of the permanent magnet generator. This paper improves and optimizes the structural design of the permanent magnet generator.
