本研究的目的是了解舊的兒科系統如何影響尋找客戶，並提出改善醫院環境和縮小下行流量的解決方案。
友好場所環境的尋路和標牌對於幫助家長控制孩子住院的壓力、將注意力集中在醫院周圍環境至關重要。
在這項研究中，我在蒙古烏蘭巴托首府納萊赫區的一家兒童醫院進行了觀察
這項研究的意義在於，它將被重新設計, 以幫助家長和孩子應對服務和住院期間出現的困惑（令人困惑和寒冷的山谷環境）。 換句話說，就是為家長和孩子的服務和住院期間創造一個健康、安全、友善的環境。

The purpose of this study is to understand how the old pediatric system effect to find clients and to suggest solutions to improve the hospital environment and narrow the downflow.
The wayfinding and signage of a friendly place environment are essential in helping parents to get control of the stress of their children's hospitalization to be focused on in the hospital surroundings.
In the study, I took as a atildren's hospital based in Nalaikh district, capital of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
The significance of this study is that it will be redesigned to help parents and children cope with the confuses (confusing and cold valley environment) that arise serves and during hospitalization. In other words, it is to create a healthy, safe, and friendly environment for parents and children serving and during their hospitalization
